Our research project aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of the vocational education and training workforce and the challenges associated with attracting and retaining people who provide education and training in care and support.
HumanAbility collaborates with industry to conduct research, identify job market demands, assess skill requirements, create adaptive qualifications and training packages, and spearhead workforce development initiatives.
